[NFBSATX] San Antonio Chapter meeting for February

Due to time constraints, February's meeting will not be rescheduled.
We look forward to hearing from everybody at our March chapter
meeting. Also, somebody from the chapter will be contacting all
members within the next few days to see how they are doing after the
events of the past week.
