[NFBSATX] Low Vision Expo post attendee survey

For those of you who attended the Low Vision Expo last Friday (March
26) there is a post attendance survey that will help the organizers
with what worked and what did not for the attendees. Once these are
filled out they will start to deliver the attendee swag bags so the
sooner they are filled out the better.
