[NFBSATX] Do you still have unused tickets on the old Via Go Mobile app?

For those who have Viatrans tickets stranded on the old Via Go Mobile
app, our speaker Steve Young from Via at Saturday's meeting gave us
instructions on how to get them moved over to the new Via Go Mobile
Plus app.
(We were told this needs to be done as soon as possible and probably
before October 1st)
Call Via Customer Service at (210) 362-2020
choose option 3 and then option 2
Ask the agent to move over your unexpired Viatrans tickets from the
old app to the new app for you.
The agent will ask you for both the email associated with the old app
and the email associated with the new app.
The agent will then send you an email in which there is a link you
need to click on to verify your identity.
The agent will then port over your tickets for you to use on the new app.
We did call and test this process and it was quick and painless.
