[NFBSATX] passing of Laurie Zertuche

At the request of her family, I regret to inform the members the
passing of Laurie Zertuche. She loved the NFB, was a good friend to
all, and a strong advocate for blind people. She will definitely be
missed. I will forward any information along about her funeral when I
receive it.
