[NFBSATX] Julie Rondan has cancer

With Julie's permission, I wanted to let the chapter know Julie Rondan
of Open Eyes Support Group has been diagnosed with an aggressive form
of cancer and really needs prayers and support right now. I will keep
you updated since many of you in this chapter know Julie.
