We are all working hard in effort to have Congress<br class="">pass the Accessible Instructional Materials in Higher Education Act<br class="">(HR 1772 / S 2138)<br class=""><br class="">The legislation will authorize the creation of voluntary guidelines to<br class="">help colleges and universities meet the needs of blind students and<br class="">students with other disabilities that make it difficult or impossible<br class="">to read print.<br class=""><br class="">We will be presenting your letters regarding inaccessibility to our<br class="">Congressional representatives during Washington Seminar. I would like<br class="">to encourage you all if you have not already done so to please write a<br class="">story and make your voice heard.
