The command is in the process of expanding their horizons with respect to hiring new employees and I invited them because there is no better place to find Blind people with high expectations than the National Federation of the Blind. At the time I was told that their recruitment schedule was full for the year and they would not be able to attend, but as luck would have it COVID-19 happend and we had our first virtual national convention.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I am pleased to tell you that they not only attended, but that they thoroughly enjoyed the convention and invited me to have a conversation about Blindness and what were some things that they could do to make their organization more inclusive of Blind people.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">I have to say that I have worked for this command for almost 10 years and I finally am seeing some impact.
