However, I managed to get it running, and I am going to share the link with you in this email. Please note that you will find several ways to pay for your fees. You can pay yourself. You can ask your TWC counselor to help with payment. If your employer will pay your fees, we'll accept a purchase order from them. If you work for TWC, be sure to choose the option that says TWC or other employer rather than choosing TWC Customer.

If you are a family served by the Blind Children's Program, you can request help from your caseworker. If you are 12 or younger, you can register at no cost, and if you participate in a program with the NFBTX, your fees will be covered as a part of that program. The same is true if you are a scholarship finalist.

If you are paying your own conference fees there is no need to wait for an invoice this year. After completing the registration form, you can pay with Zelle, through PayPal, or using our Donate Now link. Honestly, that link runs through PayPal, so instead of using our PayPal handle, you might just want to use the Donate Now. You can also pay with a check made payable to NFBTX and mailed to the office address in my signature block. Checks must be in our hands by October 27 so we can count you as officially registered.

We prefer that you use Zelle if you can. That saves us fees, which leaves more funds to use for the convention itself. If you pay by Zelle, use the email address ncrosby@nfbtx.org. If your bank or credit union does not offer Zelle as a service, we are happy to receive your payment using one of the other methods.

If you want to pay by credit card but need help doing that, give our office a call at 281-968-7733. We'll be happy to help with completing your registration form and making a payment if that will help.

If you want your counselor to assist you with registration fees and other expenses, you should make contact with them soon. The agency pays for a limited number of people to attend. You will need to add this service to your IPE. They often help with conference fees, hotel, and travel. If you are going to request assistance from TWC, wait to register until you and your counselor have agreed. Then, complete the form. Make sure you have the correct spelling of your counselor's name and a good email address for them. Again, if you need help completing the registration form, we will help.

Here is the link to the form.
