This bill will help blind Americans afford the high cost of qualified access technology by creating a refundable tax credit of $2,000 for use over a three-year period.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p><span style='font-size:14.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black'>Access technology can be expensive but is often necessary for daily tasks such as job searching, applying for work, and completing
