Dear Valued Passenger,





On behalf of the Port of Seattle, we would love to partner with you and invite your members to participate in our Full Scale Passenger Experience Simulation for theNorth Satellite Modernization(https://www.portseattle.org/projects/north-satellite-modernization)project at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.





We are seeking 175 volunteers to help us test processes and procedures for phase one of the North Satellite Modernization project, which is the expansion of the 45-year-old facility to better serve passengers with more choices and amenities for an enhanced travel experience. This phase will open new gates on the west end of the facility.





Volunteers will act as passengers to simulate various functions and amenities before the facility opens to the public on January 23, 2019.





WHEN:Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.





WHERE:Seattle-Tacoma International Airport





TARGET AUDIENCE:Members of the traveling public and students from the surrounding airport communities and aviation enthusiasts.





HOW TO APPLY: Interested volunteers must complete thisregistration application(https://events.r20.constantcontact.com/register/eventReg?oeidk=a07efu8tc5e50459f60&oseq=&c=&ch).





THINGS TO NOTE:Once the application screening process is complete, volunteers will be notified on December 18 if selected to participate in the simulation event as space is limited. Breakfast, lunch, parking validation and a special gift will be provided.





The Port of Seattle is committed to achieving excellence in all areas and your contributions in this event will make a difference. All participants will be required to fill out a survey at the completion of the event.The feedback on the experience and participation in our simulation will serve to be invaluable and ensure opening day is a success.
