I really like the graphic! Cory, can you send it to me so I can use it in
the Facebook post? I won't be able to be on the chapter board call so below
is some information about the taproom and our event.

When I was up there the other day I'm pretty sure they told me they close at
9 but we have to close our event at 8:30. I just emailed them to verify
times. Our new contact is Sarah Hoffman. Ashley is out on maternity leave.
If we want to have musicians she said we need to let her know ASAP so she
can let their sound person know. They normally want 6 weeks notice but she
said it would be OK as long as we let them know right away. I don't think we
have to know exactly what that will look like; they just need to know we
will have musicians.

FYI in addition to the main area with the tables, bar and stage there is
another area (behind and to the right of the stage) which has a bunch of
couches, soft chairs, giant Jenga, a stand-alone Connect 4 game, a pool
table and some other tables. They refer to that area as the "kid friendly"
area; so kids are allowed. If the weather is good there will also be seating
outside.

They have 3 6-foot rectangular tables which we can use for putting gout
information or whatever we want. We can have a raffle if we want. 50/50 with
$5 tickets? If we want to have some material there (NFB, parents of blind
children, senior brochures, braille alphabet cards, kernel books, etc) I
have some of that and can order more.

The other alcohol they serve is cider. We do not get any of the proceeds
from the cider sales.

Here is Sarah's contact info:

She works part time to email is best. When she is at the taproom she can be
reached there at 206-784-2230

Hi Folks,

Please take a look at this info and give me your feedback by Monday October
10 at 10am for the flyer info for the Lagunitas event -

A simple two color graphic with the NFBW logo in the upper right corner,
then a grey/black bar going across the bottom third of the graphic with the
silhouette of different types of beer glasses sitting on top of the colored
bar. The silhouettes are flat - not dimensional - and are colored the same
color as the bottom bar. In the lower left corner is the Lagunitas logo,
with the text " Monday, October 1, 5 - 9 PM "

I then plan to include this text:
