[NFBSea] City Council next Tuesday, 2pm for public comment on bike share parking

If you're free next Tuesday afternoon, please come to Seattle City Council.
The Council will be voting on our bike share parking/enforcement
legislation, and there will be a public comment period at the start of the
meeting. I recommend coming a little before 2pm to get your name on the
public comment list.

I will be there in person with some of my staff, so if you haven't
navigated City Hall before, or the public comment process, feel free to
text or call me and I can meet you.
