Here is the information about all of Alice’s yoga classes. I know that some folks are attending this Saturday as a NFC activity. I cannot attend that day but it would be great to hear feedback from those who will be there.

Hi Marci,
As requested here is the current schedule. Classes are open to all levels! I'm able to offer variations to make postures more or less challenging.

Check-inincludes signing a waiver if it is the student's firstclass as well as mat set up and settling in so we can start class on time. The actual movement portion of the class is about 45 minutes with the last 15 minutes for cleaning up and chatting about class. Of course, guide dogs are welcome!

Classes are donation based and mats are provided (although students are welcome to bring their own if they'd like) I encourage students to bring a small towel and a water bottle.

Schedule:


2ndSaturdays of the month at Greenlake Branch Seattle Public Library:11:00 AMcheck-inwith class 11:30-12:30. Next class is this Saturday, January 12th!






January 16thatWashington Talking Book and Braille Library:8:30 AMcheck-inwith class 9:00-10:00 am






Starting February6th! 1stand 3rdWednesdays atWashington Talking Book and Braille Library.:3:45 pmcheck-inwith class 4:00-5:00.
