Do you have a passion for equity, social and racial justice, technology, employee engagement and possess a strong grounding in cultivating collaborative partnerships, project management, policy development and data analysis? The Diversity and Inclusion Manager II represents King County's Information Technology (KCIT) Department by leading the effective development of inclusive government practices, engagement with and among communities, strengthening of networks via communication and collaboration with internal and external partners to support the Council and community goals and priorities. Particular focus of this position is to be responsive to those who have historically unserved and underserved by local government, including communities of color, limited-English speaking populations and low-income residents.   This position focuses on advocating for approval of policies and practices with communities across KCIT in partnership with King County. This position obtains community input throughout the policy development process. The Diversity and Inclusion Manager II will report to KCIT's Chief of Staff.
