[NFBSea] Accessible in-person voting

It is super easy to do in person. And, no one has to worry about any issues with the mail or not excepting it or anything like that. Uber drop me off right in front of the Demcey indoor gym behind the stadium. Much easier than the CenturyLink Field area.
