COVID-19 Vaccine Collaborative

Dear Disability Partners,

This month, we are launching the Collaborative for vaccine implementation.
Please see and share the information below with partners, community members
and leaders.  Also if you're interested in participating, please fill out
the interest form. 

 In alignment with the CDC COVID-19 Vaccine Playbook, the Washington State
Department of Health is building a Collaborative to support the agency's
efforts to maintain an equity and social justice lens in COVID-19 vaccine
planning and implementation. This Collaborative is open to both communities
and partners. We will utilize a community-informed process to intentionally
prioritize and center the needs, requests, feedback, recommendations, and
participation from communities and sectors most impacted by COVID-19.  

The Collaborative will initially focus on access and outreach and will be a
space for members to:  

*	Support COVID-19 vaccine planning and implementation efforts as
guided by state and federal guidance. 
*	Provide feedback on COVID-19 vaccine outreach efforts to ensure
messaging is community-driven and builds vaccine confidence and trust within
Washington communities. 
*	Share COVID-19 vaccine updates and materials with their respective
communities/sectors and other Collaborative members.  

We plan to launch the COVID-19 Vaccine Implementation Collaborative
