Subject: [NFBSea] Seattl Center seeking people to talk about audio description preferences
Hi,
Some of you may remember that we had a person from the Seattle Center and a city of Seattle ADA coordinator at one of our chapter meetings a few years ago. The Seattle Center is planning an event with audio description and they would like to have three or four blind people meet with them ahead of time to talk about what people want or don’t want an audio description. The event is a little over a month away so they would like to meet with a few folks in the next week to 10 days. They’re not looking for people with a particular expertise. They just want to hear from blind people.
We will meet with them via zoom around 4 PM or late enough in the afternoon to accommodate people’s work schedules. One possible date would be next Thursday, May 27, at 4 PM. If you are interested in participating please let me know ASAP.
Thanks,
Marci
