Do you travel in Seattle, survey from SDOT on on-demand options

Take our survey to help us develop an on-demand ride to transit by and for older adults and people with disabilities!

The City of Seattle received a grant to develop a new on-demand transportation service by and for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Our goal is to provide a convenient, accessible, and affordable ride that helps older adults and people with disabilities get to transit hubs and around their neighborhoods more quickly and easily. We are seeking input through this survey to help us design a user-friendly trial service.

· Older adult (65 years old or older)

· Individual with a disability

· Caregiver or service provider to an older adult or person with a disability

Do I have to live in Seattle?
No, you don’t have to live in Seattle to take this survey. You just have to use transportation in Seattle.
