Hi Jim,

Thanks again for inviting me to discuss our street and sidewalk café permits
this past weekend.

I wanted to follow up on a few items. I am still working with our
construction permitting folks to figure out who would be best to put you in
contact with to discuss construction blockages and closing sidewalks. More
to come on that.

I did find more information on our curb ramp work. The following webpage
link and report link are both useful to help your members learn more about
our curb ramp construction work. The key stat I couldn’t remember at the
meeting was that we are required to built or remediate 1,250 curb ramps per
year.

SDOT ADA Webpage: Make an ADA request - Transportation | seattle.gov

More to come as I figure out the construction permitting piece.

Thanks!

Joel
