Seattle Transportation Plan | New ways for you to get involved!
Hello,
You are receiving this email because you've engaged with us on the Seattle Transportation Plan <https://www.seattle.gov/transportation/projects-and-programs/programs/seattle-transportation-plan> (STP) in the past.
We have been busy developing the STP since we last connected. We just launched a new interactive mapping tool where you can help us develop transportation networks that will shape Seattle in the years to come. We invite you to take a look, leave some comments, and share this opportunity with others you know who might be interested.

For more details about what you’ll find on the map, see below this email.
We will be hosting two Seattle Transportation Plan open houses later this month focused on our draft transportation network maps. The open houses will be on Saturday, January 28 (11am-2pm) and Tuesday, January 31 (4-7pm) in the <https://goo.gl/maps/1s5kjGJjQo9dEcEm8> Bertha Knight Landes room at Seattle City Hall. We hope you can join us! Visit our <https://seattletransportationplan.infocommunity.org/#event> online engagement hub to learn more.
We are trying to hear from as many people as possible. Thanks in advance for your help in helping spread the word.
Thank you!

What are you looking at?
* You'll see the five draft networks (pedestrian, people streets and public spaces, bicycle, transit, and freight) developed based on community input
* Within each network - accessible via the tabs on the left of the map - are the elements that make up each of the networks.
* These network maps will be the foundation for future transportation projects.
What can you do?
* We need your input to help refine these maps.
* You can share feedback in the comment box below the map or by clicking on the “Drop a pin!” button and choosing from the list of options.
* Your ideas and feedback will help us build a transportation system that works better for everyone now and in the future.
Our current engagement opportunities will run through February 21, 2023.
* We’ll begin the final phase of engagement in May 2023. This is when you will have an opportunity to review the draft Seattle Transportation Plan.
As a reminder, the STP is our commitment to building a transportation system that provides everyone with access to safe, efficient, and affordable options to reach places and opportunities. You can learn more on our project website <https://www.seattle.gov/transportation/projects-and-programs/programs/seattle-transportation-plan> . The STP will guide local transportation investments for the next 20 years, so we <https://seattletransportationplan.infocommunity.org/> hope you will get involved!
