Not a problem Jacob. We certainly hope you can join us for more meetings and outings soon. At the same time, we are super proud of you and the fact that you have a cool job you are good at and enjoy! You are very fortunate to be a productive and working person in society.

Keep up the great work!

Jim

Since we are unable to meet at our normal venue due to a big car show that weekend, and since convention is happening the following weekend, the Seattle Chapter board decided it would be great to do another outing. The May outing to Bainbridge Island was very successful, so why not do something else? Kristin, Marci and the events committee3 have come up with what will be a fun activity.

Kristin’s announcement follows.

June Event:

*	As our regular meeting is so close to the National Convention, we thought that it would be a great idea to plan another event.
*	This time we are making the trip to Alki in west Seattle.
*	This event will take place on Saturday, June 17.
*	For those of us who live in Seattle, I suggest we meet up with everyone at the same Top Pot doughnuts as we did for the previous outing.
*	If you do not feel confident finding the Top Pot, meet Kristin Geary in front of the Coleman building just like last month. Kristin will be watching for people there, just like last time. The address of the Colemen Building is 811 1st Ave, Seattle 98104.
*	We will be departing the doughnut shop at 10:00
*	If possible, please get in touch with Kristin or Marci to let us know if you will be attending.
*	Once we leave the doughnut shop, we will be heading towards the water taxi. Your ORKA cards with monthly passes will be the only thing you need to board. The route is quite like the rout we took to the fairy terminal.
*	Once we arrive at Alki, you have two choices to make. You can walk around the peninsula or take a shuttle to where we will be meeting up for lunch. It has been suggested we eat lunch at Cactus Mexican restaurant. The walk is a little over 2 miles.
