[NFBSea] 2025 NFB of Washington State Convention

We would like to formally invite you to the 2025 National Federation of the
Blind (NFB) of Washington state Convention: Live the Life You Want. This
exciting event will be held February 28-March 2 at the Heathman Lodge in
Vancouver WA. We have an array of exciting events planned which include a
karaoke night, jam session, audio described movie, accessible sports, escape
room, our annual job seeker seminar, gatherings for both parents and
students, and other thrilling opportunities. Learn about legislative
priorities, advocacy efforts, innovative technology, find new resources, and
learn about the NFB of Washington at this annual gathering of the National
federation of the blind of Washington. In addition, we will be awarding 3
$3000 scholarships Saturday evening at our annual banquet. Our convention
agenda will be released in the next few weeks, so please stay tuned. Come
meet new friends, reunite with old friends, and learn to live the life you
want. Get your hotel room and register for this exciting event.

Convention Registration: all participants must be registered by February 14,
2025. The registration fee is $30 and there is a choice of 4 different meal
packages: no meals, banquet only, all Saturday meals, or Friday lunch and

Hotel booking: The rate for convention hotel rooms this year is $122 plus
$12 per night amenity fee, and tax. all rooms must be booked by February 7,
2025. You can call the Heathman directly at 360-254-3100 and mention you are
with the NFB of Washington convention for this rate. An electronic booking
link will be coming soon.
