Good morning Jacob,

great year of strides in accessibility.

in its full entirety. If you are eligible and interested, please answer the
following questions:

1.	Are you available to attend a 90-minute virtual interview during the
week of January 29th?
2.	What assistive technology or accessibility settings do you use to
access the internet? If you use a screen reader, what type?
3.	Have you ever used a SecureAccess Washington (SAW) account? (This is
not required to be eligible for this study.)

Thanks and have a wonderful day!

Delaney

Are you blind, color blind, or have low vision? Do you live in the State of
Washington?

The Accessibility User Research Collective (AURC) would like to invite
people with blindness or low vision to be a part of a usability study being
conducted for the State of Washington.

In this study, participants will be asked about their assistive technology
use and accessibility needs. The government of Washington would like to
learn more about its online portal, SecureAccess Washington (SAW). The
overall purpose of the study is to gather data that can be used to improve
the usability and accessibility of this portal for people with blindness or
low vision.

To be eligible you must:

*	Identify as blind, colorblind, or low vision
*	Live in Washington state

*	Screen reader (JAWS or VoiceOver ONLY)
*	Screen magnification
*	Customized fonts and/or screen contrast settings

*	Have a desktop or laptop computer and reliable internet connection
*	Be available to attend a virtual interview during the week of
January 29th
*	Prefer using English primarily for reading, writing, speaking
*	Be 18 years old or older
*	Be a member of the Accessibility User Research Collective (AURC)

Participants will be asked to complete a short online screener survey
regarding their accessibility needs and experience with SAW (none is
required for this study). They will then be asked to participate in an
online interview over Zoom in which they will complete tasks with SAW while
sharing their screen. These 90-minute interviews will be held during the
week of January 29th, 2024. Study participation should take no more than 100
minutes in total and will be conducted via an online survey platform, Survey
Monkey, and Zoom. Following study completion each participant will receive a
$125 stipend for their time and effort.
