Cascadia Program background
 
The Cascadia Program was established to address the transportation needs of the growing Cascadia megaregion. This megaregion includes the area that spans from Vancouver, British Columbia to Portland, Oregon.
 
  
 
The Cascadia Program includes two major planning projects: Cascadia High-Speed Rail and the I-5 Master Plan. Both projects in this program are in early planning stages.
