Greetings accessibility community,

 

This message is for all Link passengers:

 

On Saturday, May 30, and Sunday, May 31, shuttle buses will replace trains
between Capitol Hill, Stadium, and South Bellevue stations. This service
disruption will accommodate planned maintenance and rail repairs.

During this time, 1 Line trains will operate approximately every 15 minutes
between Lynnwood City Center and Capitol Hill stations, and every 10 minutes
between Stadium and Federal Way stations. 2 Line trains will operate between
South Bellevue and Downtown Redmond stations approximately every 10 minutes.


At Capitol Hill, Stadium, and South Bellevue stations, passengers must
transfer from trains to shuttle buses.

1 Line shuttle buses will operate between Capitol Hill and Stadium, stopping
at all closed stations.  

2 Line shuttle buses will operate between South Bellevue and International
District/Chinatown, stopping at all closed stations. 

 

Shuttle buses will operate every 10–15 minutes between South Bellevue and
International District / Chinatown, and every 10-15 minutes between Stadium
and Capitol Hill stations. See below for planned stops.

 

Judkins Park Station will remain open throughout this disruption to provide
access to elevators between bus shuttle stops on Rainier Avenue and 23rd
Avenue South. 

 

Passengers should anticipate significant increases in travel times and
crowds. Also, passengers should plan for alternate transit options

*	Crosslake connection is also available on ST Express routes 550 and
554 via I-90, or via SR 520 with ST Express routes 545 and 542
*	King County Route 48 between U District and Mount Baker, Route 8
from Capitol Hill to Mount Baker, or Route 60 from Capitol Hill to Beacon
Hill.
*	Downtown, the First Hill streetcar provides a direct connection from
Pioneer Square, International District/Chinatown to Capitol Hill.
