Seattle voters pay extra sales tax to buy more bus service from Metro for the city and the Transit Advisory Board has oversight of those dollars. I enjoyed my time on the Transit Advisory Board (2015-2019). Jacob served on the Pedestrian Advisory Board and did a great job advocating. Each board has one meeting a month, in the evening, and people also do subcommittee work.
