The EEO Investigators are part of the <strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">Workforce Equity Team</span></strong> and<strong><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"> </span></strong>report to the Investigations Manager. They will help
promote compliance with King County policies and accountability for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging by processing complaints and performing workplace investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, inappropriate conduct, retaliation,
and other workplace issues. This work will be completed in a thorough, efficient, and professional manner in partnership with human resource professionals; Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Managers; managers; and supervisors.<br>
