Seattleās population has grown a lot in the last 10 years so the city has to redraw the district lines to make each district has roughly the same amount of people in it. City Council elections are this fall. The primary is August 1 and the general election is November 7. The neighborhood where you live might be represented by a different City Council person. The link below takes you to a page with descriptions of each council district and the neighborhoods they will include.
