Before the opening, Sound Transit will begin operating the full 2 Line in simulated service. This change will see trains crossing Lake Washington and continuing toward Lynnwood City Center Station. When simulated service begins, both the 1 Line and 2 Line will
operate every 8 minutes. Additionally, passengers will experience the following service changes:</div>

<b>Between Lynnwood City Center and International District/Chinatown stations:</b></p>

1 Line and 2 Line trains will operate in both directions. With each line operating every 8-10 minutes, trains will arrive every 4-5 minutes along this part of the Link alignment for most of the day.</p>

2 Line trains will continue toward Downtown Redmond, across the lake in simulated service. However, no passengers are permitted beyond Int\u2019l District/Chinatown. Security will travel on 2 Line trains south of Westlake Station, announcing to passengers at every
stop that they must exit by Int\u2019l District/Chinatown Station. They will also ensure all 2 Line passengers exit before the train departs to cross the lake.</p>

Passengers planning to travel on the 1 Line beyond Int\u2019l District/Chinatown toward Federal Way Downtown should wait for a 1 Line train. Passengers should pay attention to visual signs and audio announcements when determining the correct train.</p>

Arriving trains will be audibly announced on the platform and from inside the train after doors open. Overhead signage on the platform will display upcoming train arrival times. All trains will display their end of line station.</p>

The end of line station for southbound 1 Line trains will continue to be Federal Way Downtown. The end of line station name for 2 Line trains operating in this Link segment will be Int\u2019l District/Chinatown.</p>

app</a></span> to get real time arrival information for trains on their mobile device at Northgate, UW, Capitol Hill, Westlake, and Int\u2019l District/Chinatown stations. GoodMaps will add more Link stations later this spring to support opening Crosslake extension.
For each Link station between Int\u2019l District/Chinatown and Northgate station, passengers can use

1 Line trains will continue to be 4 cars in length. On the 2 Line, trains will be 2 cars in length. All 4-car trains will stop at the far end of the platform. 2 car trains will stop in the middle of the platform to serve both tactile boarding areas. They will
not span the entire platform.</p>
