The committee is a regionally representative committee composed of PSRC member organizations (cities, counties, and other organizations such as transit). Non-voting members represent community, environmental, or educational organizations to provide a unique and/or underrepresented perspective on bicycle and pedestrian issues to BPAC discussions. Non-voting members participate in general discussions of the committee but may not vote. There will be up to five non-voting members selected and the roster is updated on a four-year cycle.
