We are gathering data and stories about how blind people are harmed when state and local government websites, mobile applications, and healthcare websites or apps are not accessible.</p><p style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">Examples of harm include losing government benefits, being denied healthcare, or not being able to participate in government programs, activities, and services due to digital inaccessibility.</p><p style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">These barriers can affect access to voter registration, healthcare portals, telehealth appointments, unemployment benefits, educational materials, public records, licensing applications, and emergency information.</p><p style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;">If you have been harmed by a time-sensitive accessibility barrier on a state or local government website or mobile application, or any healthcare website or mobile application, <a href="https://nfb.org/civicrm/mailing/url?u=44339&qid=12976424" rel="nofollow" style="color: blue; text-decoration: underline;" target="_blank">please complete the survey by September 20, 2026</a>.</p>
