Secretary’s Report and Approval of Minutes.  
Certification of last months Election of Pres, VP, and Treasurer.  Secretary should sign and return to Eric so can take to Bank, with other relevant documentation,  and add David to account.  
Treasurer’s Report:  Standard -$15 monthly bank fee, -$250 to Heather was cashed, +$32 dues from last meeting were deposited. No expenses or other costs.  
Authorization for funds to publish Chapter flyers.
