12:00 The Challenge Course @ Fort Miley

This is a program of Pacific Leadership Institute.  This outdoor ropes
course is located in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, at Lands End.
A ropes course is a series of challenges built out of trees, cables, ladders
and a rope safety system designed to enhance team skills like trust, support
and communication as well as build individual  skills like confidence,
facing fears and stepping up to a challenge.   With over 40 different low
and high elements in the 4 acre urban forest.  Included in the challenge
course is a zip line.    After the completion of the course there will be an
opportunity for beer and snacks.   

There will be transportation from the LightHouse and back.   Meet at noon at
the LightHouse and return around 6.   The cost of the ropes course is $50
and must be paid within a week of the RSVP.  Please bring some cash is you
would like to join the group for beer after the course.    Please RSVP to
Beth Berenson bberenson at lighthouse-sf.org   Tickets are extremely limited.
