This year's theme, No Boundaries: Release What Holds You Back represents the fact all of us must take risks in order to grow and gain confidence in everything we do, from a first step with a cane, to a first bus ride to a first job-the list is as long as your possibilities. To take risks and reach out beyond our safety zone, takes courage. This year's theme pushes you to release whatever is keeping you from living the life you want. Do not allow yourself to be held back. Invest in yourself and your abilities.
