Dear Colleagues,
The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) kindly asks for
participation from individuals with disabilities to complete the following
surveyregarding their experience using ride hail services, such as Uber and
Lyft. Your observations will help to provide clear feedback on how the
services are currently working for individuals with disabilities. SFMTA
acknowledges that these ride observation reports only addresses access for
customers with smartphones, and there are other issues which will be address
ed in another forum. The link to the survey is below:
