Thank you Sara!

Here's a similar recipie.

12 oz. fresh cranberries
1 cup orange juice (I used our2 juicing oranges peeled)
1 cup real Maple syrup
3 tablespoons grated orange peel

Grate the orange peel then split and section your oranges. Remove remaining
thick skin and place in a blender or juicer. Add the Maple Syrup and juice
about two minutes. Rinse cranberries and add to sauce pan. Add juice and
syrup. Grated orange peel is optional but highly recommended. Substitute
lemon peel or dried lemon peel. After all ingredients have been added to the
sauce pan, bring to rapid boil. Stir and reduce heat to medium-low and cook
covered 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Let cool. Refrigerate overnight and
serve cold. Yields 6-8 servings. (I doubled the recipe because I love the
stuff over cold turkey).

Subject: [Nfbsf] Fwd: Cranberry Relish

Happy Thanksgiving! Here's a great recipe for cranberry relish that should
definitely make those of you who dislike it, love it! My mom changed the
original to make it fabulous! My mom puts it all in her cuisinart, qhwew she
says "grind." Enjoy!

1 lb raw cranberries
2 whole oranges
1 whole lemon
1 cup sugar
2 once brandy

Grind cranberries with whole oranges and lemon add sugar and brandy.

This is 1/2 the original sugar and twice the brandy. Taste and alter.

Sara
