[NFBSF] Chapter Fundraising Opportunity this Friday

Hey All,

We have another opportunity for Meet the Blind Month, and one that will help the chapter earn $250! This money would be used to help send chapter members to NFB conventions as we did this last July. 

If you are available this Friday October 4 from 4:45 to 9:00 p.m. I am looking for a few additional volunteers to help us at First Friday. Oakland First Fridays is a monthly street festival with food vendors and entertainers. As volunteers we will be at the gate greeting people as they come in and will get food vouchers.

What: Oakland First Fridays
When: Friday, October 4 from 4:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Where: Telegraph Avenue in Oakland from West Grand Avenue to 27th street.
