Join Youth of Tomorrow's job readiness workshop where we will discuss how
to disclose your disability to employers, use it as a competitive edge, and
advocate for your accommodations. The goal of this workshop is to
familiarize young adults with the self advocacy skills they’ll need in
order to obtain volunteer hours, internships, part-time jobs, and careers.

Guest speaker: Former Google employee, Paulette Panzvalto, will share her
unique transition from opera singer to Lead of Disability Hiring at
Salesforce and how she is impacting the disability community in the
technology industry.

Guest Speaker: Stanford lecturer and software developer, Michael Chang,
will explain his career story as a visually impaired adult, from undergrad
student to a competitive software developer.

Both guest speakers will be sharing their tips and advice for navigating
the job application process which can be used for any level of student,
whether the student is just beginning to understand how to get a job to if
the student is currently applying for career positions.
