*Subject:* Voyagers Present OrCam the latest vision AT

Voyagers are hosting a live webinar with a unique company who specializes
in creating personal assistive devices that change lives for the visually
impaired by harnessing the power of artificial vision into a wearable
platform. Orcam was founded in 2010 and has impacted the lives of thousands
of people with visual impairments through their wearable devices. During
this event, Orcam will be debuting the new OrCam Read device and
demonstrating OrCam My Eye. Come learn about the latest technology
available to aid your students as they navigate through school, home, and
community. OrCam will discuss possible funding options including low
incidence district orders and Department of Rehab. See below and attached
for more information on the OrCam devices.

This event is for any parent, family member, or youth with a visual
impairment and vision professionals such as TVIs, ATs, or O&M

*Date*: June 4th at 4:30 PCT via Zoom

*RSVP*: By June 2nd to Bethany Small bsmall at vistacenter.org

OrCam Read, for people with visual impairments and for anyone who consumes
large amounts of text, is a first-of-its-kind lightweight, handheld device
with a smart camera that seamlessly reads text from any printed surface or
digital screen. It enables you to enjoy the morning paper, read any book,
and even read all that appears on your computer or smartphone screen.
Privately read the text that you choose, improve your time studying, work
more efficiently!

OrCam MyEye is a tiny device with a smart camera that attaches to virtually
any eyeglass frame, enabling you to enjoy the morning paper, read any book,
and even catch up on your email. Recognize your loved ones, shop on your
own, work more efficiently, and live a more independent life! It does this
by conveying the visual information audibly, in real-time and offline.
