Not sure about you, but because I'm not a terribly tekke type of person,
that's what I did . I have my Fingers crossed that Vispero  will release a
less problematic version of JAWS 2021  in the next week or two. In the
meantime, 2020 continues to work great!

I updated to JAWS 2021 this morning. There were issues with migrating my
speech settings and ultimately, Vispero resolved that issue. Since then, I
have also discovered that JAWS no longer reads buttons, edit fields in Word,
and I'm noticing that when I arrow down in Outlook email JAWS is silent. I
thought the issue might be a settings problem but could not isolate which
setting. I'm pretty much dead in the water and unable to do my graduate
studies. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I’m going to try something else before I uninstall this update. I have a remote jaws tandem session with my learning Ally mentor early tomorrow morning. If she and I cannot problem solve than to heck with the freaking jaws 2021 update. They should not have released this update is it is a hot freaking mess. From Lisa I was trying to be brave and be a good problem solver and to share the quirks and hopefully solutions on this list serve. Well looks like things are going a little differently.
