[NFBSF] Question about Screen Readers and Qualtrics

I have seen accessible Qualtrics surveys. Probably it  depends on how the
survey was created. As usual, surveys may be accessible if the creator paid
attention to access by screen readers.

I need to release a survey for a graduate project. Does anyone know if
Qualtrics is screen reader friendly? Has anyone used this platform to create
surveys that involve edit fields and matrix options? This is time sensitive.
