[NFBSF] Accessible voting: Ballot Marking Tool links for bay area (updated)

Hey Lisa,

I did not read the instructions for your county thoroughly, but it is my understanding that you should be able to put the ballot that you filled out and printed into the envelopes that you would put your paper ballot into and mail it in. Does it not give you that option?
