Hi Everyone,

As explained at General Session, we will vote on board positions and
resolutions tomorrow by a raise of hands. Because there is no efficient way
to determine if everyone voting is a dues-paying member, we have decided
that if something does not meet a 75% threshold, then it must go to a
delegate system. Please read more about our Virtual Voting Engagement
Policy:
http://www.nfbcal.org/convention/national-federation-of-the-blind-of-califor
nia-convention-virtual-voting-engagement-policy/.

As your delegate I'm indicating below how I plan to vote, should we go to a
delegate system, however if there are strong objections, please text, email
or call me with your concerns. I'm also available to meet tomorrow between
8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. during the chapter caucus time.

If you guys feel a strong need that we should have a caucus tomorrow morning
to discuss voting, please let me know ASAP. Please know that I want to make
sure every SF chapter members' voice is heard in this process.

Votes for State Board Elections

**For Treasurer, our alternate delegate, Amy Mason, will vote for me to be
re-elected.

Otherwise I will be voting as the delegate as follows:

President: Tim Elder

1st Vice-President: Rachel Grider

2nd Vice-President: Robert Stigile

Secretary: Shannon Dillion

Board Member: Jim Barbour, for re-election

2 year-board position: Allison Depner

1-year board position: Bobbi Pompey, to finish out Rachel Grider's term

I will vote yes on all the resolutions, which you can read here:
http://www.nfbcal.org/resolutions2020/

Again, please contact me by phone, text or email with any concerns you have.

Christina
