*Youth of Tomorrow: Mental Health and Stress Management*



Managing your mental health is more important than ever. Since May is
Mental Health Awareness Month, we’ll talk about ways to manage stress and
some easy methods on how to manage your mental health during any occasion.
These strategies can be used daily to help us throughout our lives.

*Youth of Tomorrow: A Day in the Life*



Youth of Tomorrow will build on their informational interview skills by
meeting an expert who is a social worker and Vista Center’s Director of the
Santa Cruz office.



David Hoffman was a social worker at Vista Center and currently works at
another location. Patrice McGinnis is the director of Vista Center’s Santa
Cruz office. Each person will talk about their career path and how they got
to where they are now. Patrice will also teach us some helpful breathing
exercises building on our Stress Management workshop.
