Wow.
Strength training is good for everyone, as a blind woman I think it has been valuable to my self-esteem and physical balance. This strength training system and the accessible materials are really cool!
I do a 19 minute kettle bell work out with a 35 pound bell 3 times a week.
I am definitely going to check this company out.
Thanks for posting.

Thanks for promoting this Walt. I missed the event at Ed Roberts and would love to come check it out at LightHouse.

As a founding ambassador of the Adaptive Fitness Initiative promoting the use of TRX Systems and the author of the accessible, fully described VIP User guides, I am pleased to hear that the word is spreading about how useful, independent and life altering you all are finding this fitness tool. Please find attached the VIP User guides. I am working with the founder of TRX and some Paralympians to further expand this Adaptive Fitness Initiative so look for more in the months ahead. I hope to be able to host an Adaptive Fitness Workshop at the SF Lighthouse as well to further illustrate how useful the TRX fitness tool can be for persons with visual disabilities since it can literally be used anywhere at any time. Stay tuned for more on this front.
Be well, stay well.

Hi,
Thanks for this!
I have been looking for accessible instructions for a while now.
Unfortunately, it seems the attachments didn't come through. Is there another way I can get them?
Thanks,
David

The company is really trying to reach out to blind folks because it’s super helpful for balance issues and quite non visual. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now.
