SAVE THE DATE...
Recent Southern CA events have shown us how important emergency/disaster 
preparedness is...And *we've* got answers!

When: Thursday, Feb. 13/2025, from 1:00 - 4:00 PM.

Where: Ed Roberts Campus, 3075 Adeline Street, Berkeley, 94703, in the 
Osher Room

What: A workshop for people who are blind, or have low vision that live 
in SF Bay Area counties to learn, then apply, the basics of 
emergency/disaster preparedness.

Who: The Center for Independent Living (CIL), and Community Resources 
for Independent Living (CRIL), Hayward.

A registration Google form will be created soon, but if you already 
*know* you want to come, :( please email disasterhelp at thecil.org, or 
call 510-422-5068.

This will come out on local CCB and NFB lists shortly. We're rolling at 
the speed of human fingers, :) please be patient.
