Social Support Specialist

Do you enjoy providing emotional support, connection, and guidance to
individuals in need of assistance? Are you skilled at prioritizing tasks
while also managing time constraints? Do you keep your cool when under
pressure? If so, this position may be just the one for you. As a Social
Support Specialist, you will provide direct support to Hadley members who
are adjusting to vision changes. You will offer person-centered, empathetic
support that fosters trust and connection in a fast-paced call center
environment. Further, you will exercise organization, time management, and
multi-tasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively and
ensure members' needs are met promptly.
