Congratulations indeed!
we negotiated for this 10 years ago, and their big pushback then was that they didn’t want every Clipper card to make the noise because it would be too loud. They wanted to do it just for Clipper cards with handicap fairs, which we pushed back on because not everybody was blind we use the handicap fair.
Do we know what they did to solve the problem this time?
