decided on a legislative agenda for the<BR />Washington Seminar and will be determined based on the incoming Congress <BR /><BR />* All members are encouraged to go to the NFB website and fill out<BR />the voting survey<BR /><BR />* Aplications for Tomorrow Organizing Program starts in January<BR /><BR />* December 12-15 will be a conference for pathways to discover new<BR />and improvised students, and There was a resolution<BR />to restore a assistive technology position <BR /><BR />* Western Michigan University wrote a position policy to write<BR />accommodations<BR /><BR />* On October 14th there was a letter published by Terri Ruff in a<BR />local Nevada newspaper regarding the state affiliate requesting a<BR />partnership to make online materials accessible including employment,<BR />healthcare, and education for students<BR /><BR />* In Minnesota there was a class action lawsuit to have a right to<BR />vote and won<BR /><BR />* Michigan now has a president initiative to make voting accessible<BR />with voting materials<BR /><BR />* As a reminder Lisa sent out a job posting for any disabled person<BR />to work for the Biden administration<BR /><BR />* If demystify stereotypes<BR /><BR />* The definition of an identity is who you are<BR /><BR />* The exercise is to say I am something but I am not this to shake<BR />up stereotypes <BR /><BR /> <BR /><BR />Discussion<BR /><BR />* Holiday party will be happening at our next meeting<BR /><BR />* The D and I committee thought of the party where different people<BR />can present different customs, songs,
