I am an attorney with the Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund (DREDF). We are currently preparing a class action lawsuit against the City of Berkeley regarding their Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS), and we plan to file a similar lawsuit against the City of San Leandro. <o:p></o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p><p class="MsoNormal">We are looking for organizational plaintiffs that may be interested in joining the case.
